Enhance Oral Surgery is seeking Oral Surgery Dental Assistants to join our growing team. As an Oral Surgery Assistant, you will assist with pre-surgical care and education, surgery set up, take dental x-rays, and post-surgical care.

You will also manage supply inventory and place orders as needed. During surgeries, you may monitor vital signs and anesthesiology equipment, provide chairside assistance to the surgeon, and sterilize and store instruments after use.

You may also perform other clerical tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well with others, demonstrate integrity consistently, take direction, maintain a positive attitude, be reliable, punctual, and be willing to travel as required.

Previous dental and oral surgery experience is preferred, but not required. Please apply if you are an individual who takes ownership, has positive energy, has a great work ethic, and demonstrates integrity every day.

Schedule and Locations

• Full-time and Part-time positions available.
• 6 : 30 AM -3 : 30 PM
• We have offices in San Francisco, South San Francisco, Concord, Santa Rosa, Napa, Rocklin, Fairfield, San Jose, and Redwood City.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Dental Assisting required
• Experience in Oral Surgery preferred
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity and the ability to take initiative
• Willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to travel to various office locations

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the oral surgeon during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Travel to different office locations as required
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Provide patient education and post-operative care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures
