This position reports to the Director of Sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to sales volume growth; resolve customer questions and concerns in The Winston Way
  • Using a consultative and collaborative approach, create custom presentations for corporate and residential clients during telephone and in-person sales calls in the Greenwich area
  • Foster existing client relationships and drive sales by building new relationships through networking and representing Winston Flowers at industry events
  • Maintain a strong presence on showroom floor and lead team by example to maximize sales through mentorship and personal example, promoting a productive and cohesive work environment that provides an exemplary client experience
  • Respond to high-level client inquiries as required and execute the sales process from inquiry to sale - proposals, meetings, contracts, and agreements in all market segments, effectively and confidently negotiate and close sales
  • Identify new business opportunities focused on designated markets and generate leads that are consistent with the company's overall strategy

Candidate Attributes

  • Previous service and / or account management experience is required, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality-related industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with?a?high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve established goals and deliver on high expectations with exceptional follow-through skills;

utilizes a consultative approach to build rapport and present key selling points while focusing on client needs

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities simultaneously and?resolve issues independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office?applications is required

Requirements :

  • Flexible work schedule required, including weekend and holiday availability
  • Peak business periods will require extended work days and work weeks
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
