Language : Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Teamwork : Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, functional teams, and engineers at all levels.

Multitasking : Proven ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.

Education : Advanced degree ( Ph.D. or M.S. with at least 3 years of relevant research experience) in Statistics , Applied Mathematics , Data Science , Computer Science , or a related field.

Must Have Skills

Search & Retrieval : Vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Data Extraction / Parsing : OCR , GenAI-based extraction from unstructured documents (PDFs, PNGs, Texts, etc.)

Model / Agent Evaluation Frameworks : Text-to-SQL evaluation, RAG evaluation
