job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCook and assemble food orders following A&W recipes and standards Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary No previous experience required (on-the-job training provided) Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Must be punctual and team-oriented Able to stand for long periods and lift 15–25 lbs if needed
