LVN Job Description :
- Student Health Care : Provide routine and emergency health care services to students, including administering medications, treating minor injuries, and managing chronic conditions like asthma or diabetes.
- Health Assessments : Conduct health screenings, such as vision, hearing, and scoliosis checks, and monitor students' overall well-being throughout the school year.
- Health Education : Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related topics, such as hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention, and promote a healthy school environment.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students, documenting all treatments, immunizations, and health assessments in compliance with school and state regulations.
