ARFA Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data-driven projects that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to uncover insights and drive business decisions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the overall strategy of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex data models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data science methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, model validation, and evaluation techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to present findings effectively.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in data science or machine learning are a plus.
