Anesthesia Partners - Washington is the largest majority physician owned anesthesia practice in the Pacific Northwest.
We provide high quality anesthesia services to renowned Swedish Medical Center at First Hill (FH), Cherry Hill (CH), Issaquah and Ballard, as well as prominent outpatient surgery centers in the greater Seattle area.
USAP offers competitive compensation, full healthcare benefits, a 401k match, and quarterly profit-sharing. We are seeking anesthesiologists who wish to practice at the top of their license;
to take care of a variety of patient populations in different care settings, and mostly do their own cases.
Our cases are highly varied, with regional, thoracic, neuro, vascular, peds, general, and OB featured prominently at our FH and CH campuses.
We have subspecialty teams, which means you get to tailor your individual practice to your interests and training, as well as credential at Issaquah, Ballard and our surgery centers if desired.
We also teach local rotating residents on our OB floors and have monthly M&M conferences and subspecialty group journal clubs.

Qualifications
- All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an . or . with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Completion of a fellowship training may be required for sub-specialty opportunities.
- Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
The estimated starting compensation for this role is $375k to $450k. This can vary due to case volume, years of clinical experience, call schedule, weighted work hour, and any relevant specialty training (CV, OB, Increased compensation when Physician makes partnership.
