BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking a Laborer to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota.  Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN.  BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

  • Promotes a safe environment for all people on site.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.  Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
  • Assist in building and dismantling forms for concrete pours.

    • Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power tools Perform :

  • Drywall hanging, wall sheathing, backing, blocking, and other rough carpentry duties Selective demolition, including removing walls, flooring, ceilings, doors, finishes, etc General Conditions, such as; temporary enclosures, barricades, fencing, floor protection Routine clean-up tasks General labor duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : A strong moral compass (as best represented by our Core Values) Strong communication skills, both formal and informal Desire for growth and continued development Ability to show initiative around the project and corporate goals as outlined by BCI Competently utilize various hand, power tools and equipment to ensure project quality, performance, and cleanliness Requirements : High School Diploma or GED Preferred : 1+ year of experience within professional carpentry   Powered by JazzHR
