Role Overview :
As a Retail S ales Associate , you'll engage directly with our clients' local customer base, fostering brand recognition and identifying tailored solutions.
Your role entails providing professional assistance, addressing inquiries, and recommending optimal telecommunication products or services.
We're on the lookout for individuals who embody drive, charisma, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Educate customers within designated territories about telecommunications products and services from our clients
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships to drive repeat business and boost sales
- Stay abreast of the latest telecommunications advancements to offer informed guidance to customers
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and exclusive offers
- Skillfully handle objections and concerns, showcasing product value and customizing solutions to secure sales
- Collaborate with the Telecommunications Sales Associate team to propose enhancements or innovative sales strategies based on customer feedback and market insights
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of our sales team
