Personal Injury Attorney
Position Overview
Our law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The main objective of the role is to provide legal guidance and representation to clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and investigate claims of personal injuries
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in court
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with laws and regulations related to personal injury cases
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- At least 3 years of experience practicing Personal Injury law
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury law and relevant legal procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and work under pressure
- License to practice law in the state where our firm operates
- Experience as a pi attorney is a plus
Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary : $130,000 - $170,000 (DOE)
