So, if our mission speaks to you, join us! This individual will play a critical role in executing on our Value Based Care (VBC) and Risk Adjustment initiatives that aim at providing providers with insightful information and reducing administrative burden.
The role focuses on performing analysis on large datasets to evaluate our performance and enable us to execute on our vision to enhance VBC in the Kidney Care space.
The individual will use CMS Risk Adjustment Models to evaluate patient health data, build insightful reports, and create programs that will enable us to test, launch, and scale new initiatives for our providers and patients.
The Senior Analyst will have an opportunity to be part of a growing team that is dedicated to improving the healthcare system.
What You Need.
Execute Risk Adjustment Models and develop multi-level RAF reports to measure disease progression in our patient populations.
Analyze special cases to document and understand complex scenarios that the data is indicating.
- Analyze data and generate various executive level reports that enable the organization to measure its performance against expectations and assess new opportunities.
- Develop technical programs that enables launch of new programs and capabilities.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and assessments to support finance, business development, or process improvement initiatives.
What You Have.
- 2-5 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- 2-year healthcare experience in Risk Adjustment with a payer or provider setting
- 2-year experience in SQL and SAS with the ability to create table, data relationships, write queries, an develop stored procedures.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data functions and tools (, pivot tables, advance charting, developer tools, V-lookups, power query, conditional formatting, VBA and Macro, simulations)
- Bachelor’s degree with either a quantitative major (, actuarial, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, operations research, applied math) or healthcare major (health administration, public health, medicine)
- Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and can consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments
- Willingness to develop and explore new approaches, adapt, and execute quickly
- Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities
