Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Delivering internal monthly financial reporting to all levels of the business
- Creating detailed quarterly forecasts as well as an annual budget
- Providing budget, forecast, and variance analysis
- Building financial models to evaluate opportunities to maximize ROI
- Collaborating with accounting to improve financial reporting and processes
- Be a key business partner to all areas of the business and provide insightful analysis and reporting to help the organization achieve its goals
- All other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- 2+ years related experience and / or training
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- The ability to process large amounts of data and make a story out of it
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
