As lead of the people and communications team within Global Operations, you’ll focus on driving talent, engagement, and culture through strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives.
People Development and Culture
- Priorities include talent development and training across all levels of the Global Operations organization.
- Work cross-functionally with all teams in Global Operations, HR, and the broader organization.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives and refine them as needed.
Communications
- Develop the communications strategy for the Global Operations organization.
- Support high-visibility strategic communications and presentations.
REQUIRED
- 5-10 years in People Development
- Passion for people and prior experience in leading talent, engagement, and culture efforts
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Program / project management skills including project scoping and problem solving
- High self-awareness and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with others
