Salary : $25 per hour with overtime

The Successful Candidate Will :

• Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
• Provide on-call emergency service.
• Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
• Deliver and pick-up chemicals.
• Build rapport with decision makers.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

• Competitive pay averaging $70,000-$75,000 per year ($25 / hr plus overtime, on-call, commision, and bonuses)

Requirements :

• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to work in a fast paced, physical position.
• Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-3 : 30pm with occasional overtime.
• Be able to work on call after hours for 1 week every 5-6 weeks.
