Role and Responsibilities :
As an RN - Med Surg (Nights) at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
Your main duties will include :
- Providing direct patient care and ensuring their safety and well-being
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
- Assessing patient conditions and monitoring vital signs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records
Candidate Qualifications :
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications :
- Valid RN license in India
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
