What you’ll do : As a Senior Visual Designer, you'll push the boundaries of user experience in enterprise software to a higher level.

You'll translate complex features into visually stunning and intuitive interfaces, ensuring users can utilize the software with ease.

But your impact goes beyond individual projects as you’ll have the unique chance to help shape the future of our design language.

By championing best practices and establishing new patterns and UI enhancements, you'll influence the entire product suite, ensuring consistency and paving the way for innovative design patterns that will define new ways users interact with our software for years to come.

Expectations and tasks : Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces that are not only functional but differentiating that are also aesthetically pleasing and consistent with our brand identity.

Partner with product managers, design leadership, and engineers to translate complex features and functionalities into clear, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.

Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Work with stakeholders across various lines of business to produce strategy of experience concepts to final solution.

Champion design best practices and establish new patterns that can be contributed back to a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across our product suite.

Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.Proactively present and advocate for innovative design solutions that improve user experience and product usability.

Mentor and collaborate with junior designers and cross teams, fostering a strong design culture.What you bring : 7+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on UI design.

In-depth understanding of design principles, including user-centered design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.

A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas to leadership and executives.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Mural, After Effects a plus).A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of design and elevate experiences to a new level.

Compensation Range Transparency :

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role.

The targeted combined range for this position is 117300 - 283400(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.

as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
