Role Summary :

Join a premier team dedicated to navigating complex real estate litigation across Texas’s vibrant residential and commercial markets.

As a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney, you will :

  • Oversee title disputes and cases involving real estate fraud
  • Lead litigation from initiation through trial, handling sophisticated real estate matters
  • Manage construction-related litigation, including contract disputes
  • Address landlord-tenant disputes and property rights conflicts
  • Guide clients through zoning issues and land use litigation
  • Direct proceedings for foreclosures and lending-related disputes
  • Supervise junior attorneys and support staff
  • Handle commercial and residential property disputes

Requirements

  • Licensed member of the Texas State Bar
  • Proven experience in real estate litigation, with 5+ years focused on resolving real estate disputes
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex real estate cases
