shift, 8am 5pm.

Monday Friday

Weekly pay at $17 per hour.

Job Duties :

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including data entry, responding to emails, and handling follow-ups.
• Other duties as assigned.
