Do you have what it takes to lead a team and attract top talent in the real estate industry? You might be exactly who we are looking for! In order to expand into a leading real estate team, we need someone who is committed to bringing on board only the most talented agents.
Your annual goal should be to train and onboard five to ten new agents, with each one eventually closing twenty four deals in their second year.
You should have at least three years of sales management and hiring experience, preferably in the real estate industry. If you're interested in joining a dynamic real estate team, this is your chance! Compensation :
$48,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Work with brokers to identify new agents who may be a good fit for our team
- Assist our marketing team as needed for agent marketing opportunities
- Learn, know, and be able to talk the Workman Way method of agent success and business management
- Help create plans for improving business growth, team motivation, and how agents can find new business opportunities
- Weekly Reporting & Analytics Develop and deliver weekly performance reports with key metrics across all departments. Monitor business performance against goals and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications :
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in real estate
- 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
- Stays organized and manage time well
