Were currently seeking an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in growing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current residents - and contributing to the overall success of our leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Market available units through online platforms, social media, and local outreach
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key features to prospective tenants
• Process rental applications, including background and credit checks
• Draft and review lease agreements with precision and compliance
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including walkthrough inspections and documentation
• Build positive relationships with tenants by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback
• Collaborate with property managers to align leasing efforts with property goals
• Offer insights on rental pricing and market trends to keep us competitive
• Contribute to weekly team meetings and company KPI reviews
