Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for a MEP Project Manager in Boise, Idaho.
MEP Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the MEP Project Manager is between $97,000 and $140,000.

MEP Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a large construction project (or overseeing a team delivering multiple projects) and team functioning as the senior representative and primary point of contact for one or more large construction projects.
- Learn and simultaneously teach new lean concepts and processes quickly.
- Responsible for coordination of design, trades, and subcontractor interaction.
- Applies defined policies and procedures and takes responsibility for decisions and project issues.
- Develops and implements procedural systems and strategies to ensure the continuous improvement of project team and overall project performance.
- Supports sales team during the pursuit of projects (presentations, estimate input, client input).
- Manages critical project functions including equipment selection and subcontractor procurement.
- Responsible for budget analysis and reports, cost and revenue projections, manpower curves, change orders, construction plans, etc.
- Solely responsible for any cost impact related issues.
- Leads team in assembling and presenting monthly project review to division leadership.
MEP Project Manager Qualifications
- 4-Year Accredited degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or applicable experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the project management field Commercial or Mission Critical.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of applicable design and installation of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
- This may equate to 5 years of experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
- For the experience required by the role you will need to have knowledge of all the areas noted above, not just a single area.
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.
- Ability to understand and / or write detailed sequences of operation for mechanical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
