Shift : 12 hours ShiftsAfternoons 11.00 am 11.30 pm
Schedule : 36 hours / week guaranteed any 3 shifts per week duringMF No weekend No oncall
PositionRequirements :
- Registered Nurse : 2 years Required
- PACU Nursing experience : Recent / Current 2 yearsRequired
- Pre and Post Surgical experienceRequired
- Prior Travel Nursing experienceHighly preferred
- Covid VaccinationRequired
Education License and CertificationRequirements :
- ASNor an equivalent Required
- BSN or an equivalentHighly preferred
- RN License for State of MIRequired
- BLS ACLS PALS Certifications from AHARequired
- NIHSS CertificationRequired
JobDescription :
- Responsible for providing all aspects of nursing care inPACU units
- Responsible for delivering care totreat pain nausea and other postoperative symptoms of anesthesiaand administering medication as prescribed.
- Regularly checking vital signs to quickly intercept anypotential issues and ensure a smooth recovery.
- Keeping bandages dressings etc. clean dry andsafe.
