Position : Administrative Assistant Location : Jacksonville, FL Job Id : 1182 # of Openings : 1 The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include providing support for Directors and Project Managers.
Critical abilities for this position are strict attention to detail and the ability to shift from one process or function to the next rapidly and seamlessly.
The applicant must also be proficient in both Microsoft suite programs and Google suite documents and programs.
Essential Job Functions This is a list of the most prominent duties and responsibilities
- Answer Service Phone
- Create, update, and invoice service tickets in Corrigo
- Process payroll weekly through Corrigo Time Cards and JDE in a timely and accurate fashion
- Coordinate service calls with Service Manager and Service Coordinator when estimates are due
- Process new hire and termination administrative tasks for the field techs.
- Report and maintain fluid record-keeping in partnership with Miller’s accounting department. Innovative thinking for new collection ideas.
Cash flow. Weekly updating spreadsheets and communicating with Miller’s customer’s accounting departments.
- Assist in collecting outstanding invoices.
- Assist in all things Disaster Recovery when an emergency is declared.
- Provide a professionally maintained office environment.
Education & Experience
REQUIRED
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality with sensitive items
- Positive attitude and the ability to work with and learn from others
- Computer skills to include : word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
- Agility in computer software
- Skill in organizing and establishing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly

- Knowledge Service Work
