Rogue Recruitment is looking for an experienced Software Engineer for a Software Company in the Oil & Gas industry. This is a direct hire position, with compensation up to $140K / yr, and great benefits, including 100% paid for health, vision, & dental for employees & dependents and a generous 401K match.
This role can be remote, with a list of states they can hire from below.
Requirements :
- Full-stack development experience, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
- Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript (including Angular and Vue), and SQL.
- Ability to provide meaningful feedback during code reviews and to see solutions as part of a bigger picture.
- Passion for both front-end and back-end development, with a preference for highly collaborative environments.
What makes this role unique?
- This role can be fully remote (preference for Texas and Oklahoma, but open to Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Tennessee) with occasional travel (up to twice per year) for company events in Texas.
- The team is highly collaborative and is looking for someone who has some leadership experience (even if it is informal) who can help add accountability while improving the technical quality of the code.
- This role is for someone who can maintain a balance between writing code the right way, while also getting things done quickly.
The team operates in 2 week sprints and typically most features are released within 1-2 weeks after development. This role will include a lot of new feature development that adds clear value to their end users.
