AI Engineer/Research
We're a post-revenue, seed stage B2B startup with ARR growing double digits per month. We’ve recently found product market fit and looking to double down on our MVPs into scale-able product.

We're an engineering team of 7 engineers looking for someone to focus on all our AI initiatives and production roll outs.
Skills & experience we're looking for :
- At least 4 years of full-time experience as a software engineer.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
- Willingness to work hard and drive objectives to completion autonomously
- Experience working with LLM, such as Anthropic, LLAMA, Open AI, or similar.
- Understanding Transformer Architecture.
- Experience with LLM tuning, from prompt engineering, instruction tuning, RLHF, parameter-efficient tuning.
- Experience with embeddings, and tools like langchain, pinecone etc.
- Experience with the modern ML stack (e.g., TF2, Jax, TPUs).
- Experience scraping and incorporate data at scale from public and private sources.
Bonus if :
- You have shipped a product end-to-end (from frontend to backend / API).
- Production experience with Ruby on Rails and Python.
- You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
- You are persistent and determined. You are the type of person who will go through walls to get the job done.
- You've directly worked with a founder before.
