Echo Tech - Madison Hospital Cardiology - FT - 1st Shift

Overview

Performs echocardiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Uses independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to perform state-of-the art diagnostic ultrasound procedures

Qualifications

Education : Require ARDMS 1 year from hire. Must have CPR certification within 6 months of hire.

Experience : One year clinical ultrasound experience preferred.

Additional Skills / Abilities :

• Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing task frequently and quickly.
• Ability to use effective interpersonal relation skills when working with a variety of people and situations.
• Absolute integrity in the accurate performance and reporting of diagnostic procedures.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills required.
• Must be able to display positive attitude, cheerfulness, and the willingness to assist other coworkers.
