Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Duties include but are not limited to the following
- Inspect incoming raw material properties and perform online appearance checks
- Investigate and analyze defective products and develop effective countermeasures
- Establish short-term / long-term counter measures to ensure smooth production
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production on quality improvements during current production and during new project development stage
- Enhance suppliers quality level by conducting Supplier Process Audit (SPA) and reviewing their products, tools, and systems periodically
- Participate / lead BIP audit and Color Harmony sharing inspection results with suppliers, engineering and production to request and discuss improvement plan
- Manage assigned products to meet internal / external customer requirements
- Improve efficiency of quality control management system by learning and applying new technology, knowledge, and equipment
- Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and systems in accordance to specification and applicable legal requirements
- Meet all other requirements as assigned
