Clayton Services is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join a thriving company in the Galleria Houston area.
Job Type : Direct Hire
Schedule : Part-Time (4 days / week) - 8 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm or 9 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm with a one-hour lunch
Pay Rate : $60,000 / year plus discretionary bonus

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities :
- Open and sort all mail
- Organize and maintain files
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment
- Organize, schedule, and manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, etc.
- Pay and code bills
- Complete expense reports
- Run errands
- Mail out checks
- Enter deposits
- Answer phones and take messages
- Answer emails
- Type letters, closing documents, scanning, etc.
- Coordinate with IT
- Liaison with building manager / landlord for repairs, etc.
- Facilitate field operations requests
- Create and maintain the company website
- Manage requests made by field operations and accounting
- Other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Education and Experience :
- A minimum of a high school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting executives
- Previous oil and gas industry experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience dealing with royalty owners is preferred
