Clayton Services is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join a thriving company in the Galleria Houston area.

Job Type : Direct Hire

Schedule : Part-Time (4 days / week) - 8 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm or 9 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm with a one-hour lunch

Pay Rate : $60,000 / year plus discretionary bonus

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities :

  • Open and sort all mail
  • Organize and maintain files
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment
  • Organize, schedule, and manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, etc.
  • Pay and code bills
  • Complete expense reports
  • Run errands
  • Mail out checks
  • Enter deposits
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Answer emails
  • Type letters, closing documents, scanning, etc.
  • Coordinate with IT
  • Liaison with building manager / landlord for repairs, etc.
  • Facilitate field operations requests
  • Create and maintain the company website
  • Manage requests made by field operations and accounting
  • Other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Education and Experience :

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting executives
  • Previous oil and gas industry experience is highly preferred
  • Previous experience dealing with royalty owners is preferred
