A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to manage and support the staff of a contact center.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily activities of team members
Set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct performance reviews
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
3+ years of experience in customer service or related fields
1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience
Proficiency with Windows PC applications
