You'll need :
- Bachelors or above in Computer Science, Maths or similar
- 6+ years hands on experience in a machine learning role, with an emphasis on technical leadership
- Deep experience within NLP , with recent knowledge of fine-tuning and training large language models
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, ML frameworks and ML systems
