Talent Development Specialist
Horace Mann is a purpose-driven company that is passionate about educators. We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to design and deliver learning and development experiences that support employee growth, leadership effectiveness, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend high-impact development solutions.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, including general employee and leadership development workshops.
- Design, organize, and deliver learning experiences through instructor-led, virtual, webinar, and blended formats.
- Support learning delivery through the LMS, ensuring training content and activities are accessible and up to date.
- Develop and document training processes, policies, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for employee and leadership development programs.
- Track, analyze, and report on program effectiveness, including learner satisfaction and performance outcomes.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify skills gaps and align training with business goals.
- Research and implement best practices in talent development through benchmarking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across all programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 23 years of equivalent experience in learning and development.Strong facilitation skills across multiple learning formats (in-person, virtual, blended).Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Ability to assess training effectiveness using data and feedback.Passion for fostering a high-performance culture and enabling employee growth.Pay Range :
$61,900.00 - $91,300.00Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
