KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Supervise maintenance technicians
- Perform maintenance activities
- Supervise and assist in repairs of breakdowns, alignment, troubleshooting and operations of building and plant equipment.
- Initiate preventative maintenance action, schedules and supervises preventative maintenance activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Supervises work assignment and personnel performance of staff technicians; hire, trains, coaches and evaluates staff.
- Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- 5 years supervisory experience in a food / beverage manufacturing environment.
- HS Diploma
- Must have a very strong industrial electrical knowledge in motor control, VFD, and PLC
