Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for :

  • Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Identify and address potential risks or challenges in project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Review project documentation and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in construction processes and practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proven experience managing custom home projects
  • Must have experience managing custom homes valued $2M+
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
