Data Analyst

Rohan Corp is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help our clients make data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business strategies and improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Collection and Processing : Gather and process large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Data Analysis : Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Reporting : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Business Insights : Work with business teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Data Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by implementing quality control measures.
• Statistical Analysis : Apply statistical methods and techniques to analyze data and generate predictive models.
• Data Governance : Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data privacy and security.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with IT, marketing, finance, and other departments to support their data analysis needs and improve overall data-driven decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Attention to Detail : High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
