$120,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities : Working with Sellers

Intercept Sellers who have stated their intention to list their home soon.
Capture Market Share from complacent agents with decades of experience.
Dominate solution-based outcomes, not just chase commissions.

Working with Buyers

Lock in Active buyers with Tens of Thousands in Savings.

Crack open a hidden source of exclusive leads waiting to be converted.

Execute the Daily activities that are proven to move the needle!

Qualifications :

Seeking inexperienced new agents

Must not have sold more than 2 homes

Must not have had a license for more than 1 year
