The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking Senior Medical Directors for multiple practices in Manhattan! The Union Health Center (UHC) *is an innovative primary and multi-specialty center focused on providing well-coordinated and accessible healthcare.

• The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its Harlem based Institute for Advanced Medicine (IAM) practice as its Medical Director.
• Mount Sinai seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide primary and preventive care within our interdisciplinary Institute for Advanced Medicine.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated clinical and administrative leadership to assume the role of medical director of a large primary care practice located in the heart of Harlem.

In addition to providing excellent, convenient and innovative care, the physician will collaborate on health care delivery to create an exceptional patient experience.

The focus will be on providing the best patient care and experience possible. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care and prevention services to LGBTQ patients at Mount Sinai, with a focus on HIV prevention and care. *Position Qualifications : *

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
