- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
- Ensure that healthcare practices comply with all legal and ethical standards.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of provided services.
- Participate actively in team meetings to coordinate service delivery.- Adapt healthcare plans as necessary to meet the changing needs of patients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.- Assist with crisis intervention and management when necessary.- Uphold professional boundaries and stay current with best practices in behavioral healthcare.
