Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cath Lab!

Job Type : Full-time | 6 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday

Call Requirements : Rotating every 3rd day during the week and every third weekend. Additional call may be required based on staffing availability.

Sign-On Bonus : Available based on eligibility.

Position Summary :

As a Cath Lab RN, you will play a vital role in assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the Cath Lab. Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting with Cath procedures, medication administration, and monitoring of patients.

Providing comprehensive patient care in a safe environment, minimizing the risk of errors.

Formulating and revising individualized care plans based on patient responses.

Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions effectively with the care team.

Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers and referrals.

Evaluating the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.

Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients, ensuring their rights are protected.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

Associate's degree required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) required within one month of hire date

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within six months of hire date

License :

Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the state of Kentucky
