We're scouting for : A compassionate, dedicated RN On Call who's got a knack for making patients feel at home, whether they're in their own homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
If you're a hospice or home health Jedi with a valid GA RN license, valid state driver's license, and a year of experience under your belt, we want to talk to you!
Your Role, Should You Choose to Accept It :
- Serve as a beacon of comfort and care for our patients and their families
- Help patients and families understand the disease process, self-care techniques, and nutrition needs (think of yourself as a life coach, with a nursing degree)
- Collaborate with the hospice team (it's like being part of a band, but less noise)
- Manage symptoms like a boss
- Keep accurate and timely clinical records (not as exciting, but super important!)
