Job Summary
Chief of Staff Indiana Division
Our client is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead the charge in aligning their operations with our strategic vision. You will work closely with the COO to develop and execute the division’s business plan, focusing on process optimization and cost-effectiveness.

Chief of Staff Benefits :

Chief of Staff Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage the division’s operational plan, emphasizing execution and long-term planning.
- Oversee and adjust division operations to align with the firm’s business plan.
- Assess and enhance the efficiency of client operations and Wealth Management Advisor Team.
- Update and manage operational policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the COO to foster a culture of excellence and with the Director of Business Development & Marketing on the division’s marketing strategy.
Chief of Staff Qualifications :
- 10-15 years of experience in operations within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm.
- Preferred Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- Ability to thrive in a smaller organization and train associates on technology solutions.
Chief of staff Preferred Experience :
- Proficiency in Portfolio Management and Financial Planning software such as eMoney.
- Background in wealth management, tax planning, or estate planning.
Note : This role requires relocation to Indianapolis. We are not considering candidates who are not open to relocation.
