Our Los Angeles team seeks a motivated and personable Leasing Consultant to help us continue our tradition of excellence in affordable housing.
You will be the face of our property, responsible for creating a positive experience for potential and current residents.
Your role is crucial in maintaining high occupancy levels, promoting our properties, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Located in Los Angeles, CA, Pay Ranges from $20.00- $23.00+ D.O.E.
Job Duties
- Greet and assist prospective residents : Provide property tours and showcase available units, focusing on low-income housing benefits.
- Respond to inquiries : Follow up to convert leads into leases, with a focus on Tax Credit and Section 8 programs.
- Process applications and leases : Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for low-income housing.
- Stay informed : Maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, and housing regulations.
- Build relationships : Address current residents' needs and concerns promptly.
- Inspect property : Ensure it remains clean and well-maintained.
- Market the property : Assist with online listings, social media promotions, and community outreach.
- Participate in events : Foster community and enhance resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience : 2 3+ years in leasing, property management, or related fields preferred.
- Specialized knowledge : Experience with Tax Credit and Section 8 housing is a plus.
- Software proficiency : Experience with Yardi or AppFolio is a plus.
- Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.
- Organizational abilities : Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Technical skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; property management software experience is a plus.
- Flexibility : Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in real estate or business administration is a plus.
