Commercial HVAC Service Manager Responsibilities :

• The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Service Department's operations, including personnel management, project execution, profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage all aspects of Service Department contract administration and execution
• Plan, organize, and direct project activities to ensure timely and successful completion
• Monitor field installation processes to maintain quality standards and meet project requirements
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff and field personnel to enhance performance and productivity
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers / clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
• Represent the company on various committees and participate in trade-related activities and events
• Comfortable interacting with Direct Customers, Owners, Owner Representatives, Contractors and Vendors
• Cultivating new business relationships, opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships with clients

Commercial HVAC Service Manager Qualifications :

• Commercial Mechanical Experience required
• Data Center Thermal Management Experience required
• Background in VRF’s a plus
• Proven experience in service management or related field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management abilities with a focus on delivering results
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Commercial HVAC Service Manager Certifications :

EPA, HVAC Excellence, NATE, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
