Duties : Attending IEP Meetings, Writing / Implementing BIPs & FBAs, and Coaching staff on ABA strategies

Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention strategies.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans.
Requirements :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a school-based setting.
State-Specific Requirements :
Massachusetts licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LABA).
