This commitment extends to the family and community of our patients as a whole.We are pleased to announce the following open position of Part Time Healthcare Training and Education HR Assistant / Staff Development Coordinator This position is responsible for providing focused orientation and education for the Behavioral Health staff.
The Staff Development Coordinator role assesses staff training and development needs on an on-going basis. This individual coordinates and teaches orientation and other training programs.
The Staff Development Coordinator coordinates and ensures completion of annual mandatory training and ensures competency of staff, maintains hospital’s training calendar and is responsible for the Health stream on-line training tool.
This role requires very strong orgnanizational skills and clerical skills. This position is in charge of all the education files, orientation, training and audits the files regularly.
Must have excellent organizational skills and work in a fast paced environment.
Pay : $18.76 - $28.14 per hour
Expected hours : 20 31 per week
