Title : Business Analyst
Location : Must be Wisconsin Resident. The closer to Madison or Milwaukee, the better. Will remain remote at Wisconsin home 75% of the time.
Travel across Wisconsin 25% of the time.
Duration : 12 months with likelihood of extension.
Start : 8 / 12 / 24 (needs to be identified 2 weeks before start to allow time for provisioning)

We are currently looking to hire two Business Analysts who will be based in Wisconsin for our government client. These individuals will be required to travel approximately 25% of the time to various state offices across Wisconsin to observe and analyze on-site operations.
While the core responsibilities outlined in the job description remain unchanged, we are specifically looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
Experience working with providers / healthcare environments is also required, either from the public or private sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
- Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies and Jira for project management.
- Conduct business process and tool interviews.
- Observe and analyze business processes in local offices to understand real-time requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver documentation such as workflows and user stories that describe business needs.
- Conduct research on software solutions available in the marketplace.
While experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous, our primary requirement is the ability to collect and document requirements effectively, with a particular emphasis on identifying and understanding the appropriate personas.
This will be a crucial aspect of the project.
