We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and fun individual to become a member of the Merchandising / Sales team for the Timepiece Division at one of the top selling watch brands in the world.

Pay and benefits :

• $18.00 per hour, paid weekly
• 25 hours per week more hours available from Thanksgiving to New Year
• Flexible daytime and weekday hours some weekends required for Holidays and Special Events
• Mileage reimbursement based on current IRS regulation

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for following a planogram and all visual directives, providing sales support, and conducting in-store trainings.

Merchandisers travel to retail locations throughout the South Portland area, including Albany, Happy Valley, Eugene, Salem, Woodburn, Clackamas, Corvalis, Newport, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Springfield, Tualatin, Wilsonville, and Canby.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Create and execute displays to entice customers while staying within company standards
• Analyze business to determine best / worst sellers and adjust planogram accordingly
• Merchandise and maintain timepieces in all accounts including Department Store, Mass Merchants and Jeweler Accounts
• Use and placement of POP material
• Partner with all store personnel including Management and communicate effectively with each Manager on a regular basis
• Conduct In-Store trainings on product knowledge
• Completes Monthly Reports and submits monthly pictures
• Provides In-Store Product Knowledge Trainings
• Assists Customers with sales, questions, and concerns
• Required Sales Time during peak selling hours

Qualifications :

• High school diploma / GED required
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
• Reliable personal transportation with proof of valid auto insurance
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must have email access; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred
