MUST HAVE a food science background.

We are looking for an experienced QA for a food production facility in the Columbus area. Certifications preferred but will consider candidates with relevant food production experience and ability to obtain certifications. Candidates need to be knowledgeable in food composition, deterioration, processing, safety, preservation, microbiology, etc. Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, good record-keeping and communication skills. Will also help with production line as needed.
