What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support the delivery of services to state government clients on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Serve as deputy project manager for current and future state government clients
  • Develop project deliverables and communicate project status to clients and team members
  • Respond to state government opportunities related to ERP systems and other enterprise-wide systems
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities, including client meetings

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Three or more years of experience managing large teams for ERP system implementations
  • Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems / products, with CGI Advantage experience a plus
  • Knowledge of quality assurance / control procedures and proactive problem management skills
  • Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groups
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Current PMI / Scrum / Agile or related certifications
  • Knowledge of various SDLC methodologies and related processes / artifacts
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to draft client-facing reports / communications professionally
