Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by management.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
- Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities throughout the day.
Requirement
- 3+ year experience in sales and / or insurance
- Must be willing to obtain or currently possess an AZ Property and Casualty License
- Great Written / Verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking
- Microsoft Office Suite
