The MidLevelBusiness Administrator will provide administrative support to theMSFT Security team specifically the administrative group for theorganization.
The role will involve heavy calendar managementtravel coordination expense report management and providingadministrative support to 12 leaders.
The role will also includeonsite support for morale events equipment and officecleanout.
The candidatemust have at least 3 years of experience in administrative orbusiness support roles with a focus on scheduling meetings / eventstravel management calendar management and supportingexecutive / upperlevel management.
Proficiency in Microsoft OutlookWord Excel and PowerPoint is required. The candidate should alsohave experience supporting an executive in a fastpaced corporateenvironment.

4.What are the keyresponsibilities
Proactivelymanage a complex calendar including travel and strategicprioritization ofappointments.
Provide endtoendcomplex domestic and international travelplanning.
Assist indriving the ROB (Rhythm of Business) scheduling and team calendaritems.
Coordinate staffmeetings events and offsites including agenda management meetinglogistics and materialpreparation.
Partner with theteams Chief of Staff to effectively run theorganization.
Understand theteam budget including purchase orders and expenses and managemoralecosts.
Manage vendoraccounts as needed through Contractor Hub and MyOrder.
5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess
MUSTHave SkillsandQualifications :
5 years ofadministrative business support or customer service experience witha focus on scheduling meetings / events travel management calendarmanagement and administration work for executive / upperlevelmanagement.
3 years ofexperience with Microsoft Outlook Word Excel andPowerPoint.
2 years ofexperience supporting an executive in a fastpaced corporateenvironment.
